When you book your sailing yacht charter with us we will post to you a confirmation package with the latest publications available about visiting the islands to assist you in planning before your arrival.
All clients who take a yacht charter, both bareboat and crewed will receive a complimentary copy of the "Cruising Guide to Windward Islands" by Chris Doyle. This fascinating guidebook with aerial photographs of the anchorages you are likely to use will prove to be informative, inspiring and relevant to your cruise.
You receive membership in the Welcome Club for the length of your sailing holiday. This membership gives you discounts for businesses all along your sailing route through the Grenadines. Click here to take a look at our directory of participants.
To welcome you onboard your yacht, you will find our complimentary bottle of Westerhall Rum, one of Grenada's finest dark rums available. We will have Coca Cola at hand together with plenty of ice to mix your first cold drink and you can start to feel that you have truly arrived on the "spice island".
In the galley you will find a selection of cleaning materials, paper towels, bin bags, soaps and insect repellent as part of your complimentary starter kit. We also offer a comprehensive provisioning service to be put onboard your yacht prior to your arrival with a suggested menu should you prefer to have your food and drinks purchased in advance.
During the entire duration of your holiday we will be on hand to assist with any arrangements you would like. Guided tours, boat trips both power and sail, or restaurant reservations, we will be happy to help. This service is complimentary to you as our preferred client.

Just mention in your inquiry that you would like to receive our comprehensive provisioning. Simply fill in the provisioning list making your choices and then either mail or fax the completed list back to us as instructed.

Dinners Ashore – great for those wanting to check out the wonderful restaurants that are dotted around the islands. This package includes 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches and Snacks and is priced at $19.50 per person per day.
Split Provisioning – divide your time between dinners aboard your yacht and eating ashore. This package includes 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches and 4 Dinners and is priced at $23.50 per person per day.
Full Provisioning – designed for those who love to cook! This package includes 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches and 7 Dinners and is priced at $26.50 per person per day.
We also offer a very complete Beverages List too. Order all your sodas, juices, wine, beer and spirits ahead of time and take the hard work out of shopping.

Once you have decided which accommodation you prefer let us prepare the agreement contract for you. To secure this we will require 50% deposit on exchange of signed contract and the balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments should be made by US dollar, certified cashier check, or bank transfer. Credit card charges will incur a 5% surcharge if used.
Should you cancel your booking giving 90 days written notice a full refund of the deposit paid will be returned to you. Should you cancel within the 90 days prior to your rental start the deposit would only be returned if we were able to rebook the same accommodation with another client less US$200 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 45 days will be subject to the company's discretion but can result in the loss of fees paid. |
